What this card is
The World shows a dancing figure wrapped in a purple sash inside a laurel wreath, with the four fixed-sign creatures, a bull, a lion, an eagle, and a human, in each corner, the same four figures that anchor the Wheel of Fortune. It closes the Major Arcana at 21, a complete cycle rather than an ending, everything the journey from The Fool gathered now integrated into one figure at rest and in motion at once. It's the card of a chapter arriving at genuine, well-earned closure.
